1. Currency & Prices
 

All prices are shown in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include Swedish VAT (moms) where applicable.
For orders shipped outside the EU, additional import duties, VAT or customs fees may apply. Such charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery
 

Orders are carefully packed and shipped worldwide via PostNord (or equivalent).
Shipping costs (including insurance where applicable) are shown before checkout is completed. Costs may vary depending on size, weight and insurance.
For non-EU customers, please check local customs regulations before ordering.

 

3. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt) & Returns
 

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
To exercise this right, notify us at mail@suyeonseo.com within 14 days, stating your name, address, e-mail, order number and which item(s) you wish to return.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of your notice. You are responsible for return shipping and for the safe condition of the item. Items should be well packed and in original packaging.
We may deduct compensation for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the goods.
 

Exceptions to Withdrawal
 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
 

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (custom-made artwork),

• goods sealed for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed,

• services fully performed with your prior express consent to start during the withdrawal period and acknowledgment that you lose the right to withdraw.
  
   

4. Damaged Goods & Complaints
 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery at mail@suyeonseo.com with photos and your order number.
We follow Swedish consumer protection law: if the item is faulty we will repair, replace, or refund. For approved complaints we cover reasonable return shipping.
We may refuse a complaint if the product is not defective under applicable law.

 

5. Limitation of Liability
 

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits).
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as strikes, fire, war, or government actions.

 

6. Product Information
 

We strive for accuracy in descriptions and photos but cannot guarantee exact color or texture due to monitor differences or photography.
If obvious typographical errors occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order.

 

7. Privacy & Data Protection
 

We collect and process personal data (name, address, e-mail, payment details) only to fulfill and deliver your order.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe; we do not store card details.
We comply with the EU GDPR: you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. See our [Privacy Policy] for details.

 

8. Copyright & Usage
 

All copyrights remain with the artist.
Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the artwork privately.
Any reproduction, commercial use, or licensing requires prior written permission. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

 

9. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
If any term is deemed unfair or invalid under Swedish contract law (e.g. Avtalslagen §36), it shall be adjusted or disregarded without affecting the rest of the Terms.
